How you handle the stressors in your life really affects how stress impacts you. In this next Empowered! Series workshop we'll reveal a new and effective way for you to deal with the stress in your life.
In this two-hour workshop you will identify the stressors in your life and create a personal Stress Strategy Map for dealing with them. You will also learn to listen to your body, feelings, spirit and relationships to better equip you in dealing with future stressors and to provide you with relief!
The Empowered! Series are workshops aimed toward increasing your well-being. Fitness, by definition, is to be ready, to be prepared, to be conditioned. The Empowered! Series is a tremendous compliment to our other coaching services at increasing your overall fitness. Each workshop will be approximatey two-hours in length, unless otherwise noted.
